5. Investment Risks
All investments carry risk. The value of investments and the income produced may go down as well as up, and investors may not get back the amount they originally invested. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Finora Enterprises does not guarantee returns on any investment.

When you create an account with Finora Enterprises, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassment or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
- Offensive comments related to gender, sexual orientation, religion, heritage, race or disability
- Deliberate intimidation or stalking
- Disruption of normal flow of dialogue within the platform

All payments are processed securely. You agree to pay all charges incurred by use of your account at the rates in effect when such charges are incurred. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time upon notice to you.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finora Enterprises and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms or any activity related to your account.
10. Modification of Terms
Finora Enterprises may revise these terms of service for the platform at any time without notice. By using this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.
